The engineer, Martin, was punctual and professional at all times. He explained a full breakdown of the costs too and fully explained what needed to be done, his workmanship was highly professional , leaving things clean and tidy and his manners were also very polite. I have passed his details to family and friends and they have also been very pleased with the service they received. Highly recommended. Great service. 5/5 stars.
